RequirementsRoles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to any changes
- Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Educate patients and families about what to expect during their procedure
- Active Oklahoma RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN Operating Room experience
- CVOR experience preferred but not required
- BLS and ACLS certifications helpful but will review candidates without them
- Strong patient care and assessment skills
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
