Survival Flight is seeking highly motivated and professional applicants to join our dynamic team of Flight Nurses and Flight Paramedics. We are looking for full‑time Registered Nurses for our air medical operation based in Keefeton, Oklahoma.

• Oklahoma RN with at least 3 years of experience in a busy ER or ICU
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• PHTLS or ITLS
• CFRN or CEN is a plus
• Maximum 230‑pound weight limit
• Job Type: Full‑time
