Staff Nurse, Part Time - Assisted Living, Day Shift

Position Overview

Join our not‑for‑profit organization that has provided over 100 years of housing and services to seniors in a Christian environment. We are looking for a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to work 12‑hour day shifts (7 am to 7:30 pm) at the GSS ND Larimore Center, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Pay: $32.50+ per hour, plus a $25,000 sign‑on bonus ($12,500 paid after 60 days).

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members, including providers, to plan and evaluate care.
• Provide care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide resident education, and perform nursing interventions.
• Act as charge nurse when required, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within scope and competence.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care concerns.
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act, state administrative rules, and standards of practice as outlined by the American Nurses Association.

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with the state board of nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure under a Nurse Licensure Compact.
