Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical‑Surgical (Med Surg) team. This position is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering comprehensive patient care, managing complex cases, and thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative hospital environment.

• Deliver direct patient care based on physician orders and established care plans
• Monitor, assess, and record vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and wound care as per standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and case managers
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies
• Assist in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Respond to emergencies and perform critical interventions as needed

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state]
• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications (required or obtained within 90 days)
• 1+ year of Med Surg or acute care experience preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and multitasking skills
• Proficient with electronic charting systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
