• Required:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma (or a compact license)
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Preferred/Required after hire:
  • TNCC and ENPC certifications (preferred)
  • Prior experience in Emergency, Critical Care, or high‑acuity settings

• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision‑making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability
• Competency in trauma care, cardiac care, and stabilizing critically ill patients
• Ability to remain calm and focused during high‑stress situations
