We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality, trauma-sensitive, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care to those in crisis. As part of our team, you will be responsible for offering direct or indirect nursing services, including:
- Conducting nursing assessments and evaluations
- Creating and executing individualized care plans
- Providing health education and case management
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments
- Ensuring the effective delivery of crisis services in alignment with state laws

Job Type / Salary12 Hour Shifts Available: AM Shift 6:30AM-7:00PM or PM Shift 6:30PM-7:00AM.
Annual Salary Options:
- Level III: $76,500 / $36.78 hourly
- Level II: $72,500 / $34.86 hourly
- Level I: $70,000 / $33.65 hourly
Plus stacking shift differentials: $3.00 for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Total Compensation Package: $71,000-$91,000, depending on number of covered dependents. Non-Exempt – OT Available! Full-time.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience- Level III – Bachelor’s in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma license as an RN approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or an RN License recognized by the eNLC and one year of professional nursing experience, OR Associate in Nursing and two years of professional nursing experience.
- Level II – Bachelor’s in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma license as an RN approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or an RN License recognized by the eNLC, OR Associate in Nursing and one year of professional nursing experience.
- Level I – Associate in Nursing and a valid permanent Oklahoma license as an RN approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or an RN License recognized by the eNLC.
Must possess a strong commitment to patient well-being and safety and believe that recovery is possible.
Special Requirements- Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants must submit to a physical examination and meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and pushing/pulling a maximum force of 25 pounds.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and have a valid driver's license.
- Applicants for safety-sensitive positions must submit to urinalysis to test for drugs; appointment to a safety-sensitive position is contingent upon a negative drug test result.
