Job Title
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of Operating Room RN experience
- Experience in General, Orthopedic, and Neuro surgeries required
- CVOR experience preferred
- Active Oklahoma RN License (required at the time of submission)
- BLS required
- ACLS and PALS preferred (candidates without active certifications may still be considered)
- Complete work history required
- Permanent address required
