• Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program with current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Strong communication skills.
• Attentive to details.
• Thorough knowledge of sterile technique.
• Commitment to the team concept and task.
• Ability to set priorities, organize workload effectively, and integrate multiple assignments with multilevel personnel.

• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room and perioperative services.
• Act as a patient advocate.
• Meet surgical standards of nursing practice.
• Develop and implement nursing care for patients by assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.

• Participate and implement age-specific care and interaction.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team in the assessment of the patient/family.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, including head-to-toe assessments and pain management.

This position emphasizes the importance of clinical skills, leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
