• Identify medical issues in the ED, determine severity, and provide immediate stabilization to minimize adverse outcomes and support life when needed
• Perform triage, prioritize patient conditions, monitor status, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; manage IVs, monitoring devices, and life-support equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely, evidence-based care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately; communicate clearly with receiving teams and families
• Maintain patient safety, adhere to ED protocols, and participate in code/rapid response activities as required

• Licensure:
  Oklahoma RN license or compact state license in good standing
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years ER experience (required)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) required; NIHSS certification and TNCC preferred
• Recent traveler experience:
  Preferred
• Education:
  
  Nursing education appropriate for RN practice; ability to work in an ED setting
• Additional:
  Two supervisory reference forms dated within the last two years;
  Work history and skills checklist current to 1 year
