• Oversee clinical operations, provide ongoing health monitoring, and supervise caregivers and medication staff to ensure compliance, safety, and quality of care for our residents.
• Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
• Monitor resident health status and implement appropriate care interventions.
• Supervise and support Caregivers and Medication Aides to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident wellness.
• Play a key role in resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluations.
