American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Inpatient Rehab unit requiring 2 years of rehab experience and an OK or compact license.
Details- Inpatient Rehab Nursing Unit setting
- Patient population includes infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Day shift schedule, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Some weekends and possible holidays required within the contract window
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active RN license (OK or Compact)
- Current BLS certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Rehab nursing experience required
- Inpatient Rehab experience required
- Develop and implement total nursing care through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care planning
- Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and other patient care team members to maintain professional nursing standards
- Former direct employees of the facility are not eligible to return through an agency until 6 months after their direct employment ends
- Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate
- No more than 5 days of requested time off during the assignment
