Tate & Lyle is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead the Quality Control Laboratory operations. You will supervise 12 direct reports across three laboratories (physical testing, analytical chemistry, beverage functional testing) in a 24/7/365 plant and drive improvements in throughput and product quality.
The role requires a strong background in chemistry or related field, 5+ years in a lab with supervisory experience, and knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and GLP practices.
