Job DetailsJob Title: Assistant Store Manager
Location: 1204 NW Sheridan Rd, Lawton, OK 73505
Reports To: General Manager
Department Classification: Hourly Non‑Exempt
Work Week: Must be willing to start at 5 am or work until midnight when necessary; flexible hours.

This position provides operational support for General Managers of up to 30–40 cafes, including new cafe openings, training programs, GM vacation coverage, transitions, and standalone operations.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist in inventory training.
- Drive brand values through training and development activities.
- Coach, train, and develop management and crew members.
- Assist with hiring and staffing of critically under‑staffed cafes.
- Provide support for new software rollouts and training.
- Ensure team‑member training programs meet TSC & DYNE standards.
- Interact with crew, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values.
- Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer.
- Be knowledgeable and proficient across all cafe positions.
- Complete the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program.
- Maintain each station to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards.
- Coach crew during shifts to uphold brand standards.
- Use tools to manage labor and inventory via My Inventory.
- Perform additional tasks required to run the cafe.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong management and supervisory skills.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Proficient in Excel and Word; ability to learn other software.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 lb for stocking and refilling.
- Frequent face‑to‑face interactions with crew and customers.
- Navigate safely in a fast‑paced cafe environment.
- Multi‑task and remain positive in stressful conditions.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, overhead reaching, and stretching.
- Lift no greater than 50 lb.
- Most shifts between four and eight hours, with varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Lead crew members by demonstrating core values.
- Comply with uniform and personal hygiene policies.
- Fast‑paced, upbeat environment with no fryers.
- High school diploma.
- Two or more years of restaurant experience, including progressive supervisory experience.
