• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers and related equipment; process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Deliver Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies: process prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stock and secure Pharmacy supplies, enter prescription information, file prescriptions, and complete and maintain required paperwork and forms.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise in the Pharmacy area, following Company procedures and completing required documentation and logs.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; and adapt to change and feedback.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00.*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
