We are looking for a full‑time Retail Store Manager to lead a high‑performance team of 8‑20 associates, including 3‑4 managers. The manager will be responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience and driving sales, loyalty, and talent goals.

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achievement of sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control.
• Connect with the community to increase awareness.
• Drive new ideas, share information, and create solutions.

• Previous management experience (required). Specialty retail store management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.
• Strong decision‑making skills, action orientation, and result focus.
• Computer proficiency (necessary).
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
