Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose the right items for each order. This position is fast paced, requiring frequent movement across departments to gather and package items for online orders. Deliveries are made to customers and associates engage them throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in evenings, weekends, and during the holiday season, and may require juggling online shopper needs with in-store customer assistance.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, hourly premium bonuses ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility or specific work performed, and other applicable premiums.
