Compensation

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. Requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.

Move seasonal merchandise throughout the store and assist customers during peak times. Use product knowledge and problem‑solving skills to ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked efficiently.
