Role Description The Associate role at Atwoods Ranch & Home in Lawton, OK is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering helpful, friendly service to every customer. Associates assist customers on the sales floor, answer product questions, and provide guidance on items ranging from farm and ranch supplies to home and garden products. Daily tasks include stocking shelves, organizing and merchandising displays, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and operating the cash register accurately.

Associates help with inventory checks, price changes, and promotional setups, while following company policies and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with team members, supporting store goals, and contributing to a positive, neighborly atmosphere that reflects Atwoods’ values.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills to assist customers, respond to questions, and create a friendly shopping experience.
• Basic retail skills, including cash handling, point-of-sale operation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting and moving merchandise, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Teamwork and reliability, including willingness to follow direction, support coworkers, and adhere to store procedures and safety guidelines.
