Are you a Business Development Manager with geohazard experience within oil & gas, looking to showcase your sales acumen at an industry-leading business, offering uncapped commission and excellent progression opportunities?

This company is a recognized leader in specialized geotechnical solutions, known for tackling complex stabilization projects across the United States. They are forecasting 2X growth over the coming three years and offer unrivalled long‑term career opportunities.

In this role, you’ll be focusing on new business development, selling specialized geohazard solutions within oil & gas, across Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and California. You’ll monitor emerging hazards and industry news to spot opportunities, advise clients, and present tailored solutions while managing your schedule autonomously, with a company vehicle and credit card provided. This role includes 50% travel, as well as uncapped 1% commission on $6‑8M annual targets and guaranteed commissions for the first six months, with top performers exceeding $300K.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager with geohazard experience within oil & gas, looking to spearhead a lucrative territory, receive industry‑leading training and unrivalled career progression.

• Hunter role, selling specialized geohazard solutions within oil & gas, across Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and California
• Autonomous role, with around 50% travel and all expenses paid
• Uncapped 1% commission on $6‑8M annual targets and guaranteed commissions for the first six months

• Business Development Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer
• Geohazard experience within oil & gas
• Based anywhere in OK, CO, TX, or CA – 50% travel across these states
