- Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
- Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
- A proactive approach to encourage customer commitment and problem-solving
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training, with a preference for outbound telemarketing experience
- Ability to engage in conversations and close sales effectively
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Experience in a call center environment
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
