Sales Associate

Southwest Mazda is seeking a motivated and experienced and non-experienced Sales Associates to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

• Sell new and used vehicles to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Assist customers with financing and leasing options
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and incentives
• Attend training and development sessions to improve sales skills
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience preferred not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends and evenings
