Manager, Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results for the region by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training inside sales team members.
• Coordinate with internal Perimeter Security departments to drive customer satisfaction.
• Present regional results to senior management of Perimeter Security.
• Communicate professionally across the organization, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintain excellent organizational, planning, presentation, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills.
• Lead independently and as a team member, taking self‑responsibility and initiative to improve or change existing processes.
• Support the organization’s growth with a personal voice.
• Transfer organizational performance targets to team members as KPI and development targets.
• Maintain a consistent cadence of employee reviews and development meetings while keeping performance and career development goals.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience managing a sales team.
• Experience: 2+ years of Ameristar inside sales experience or relevant outside work experience managing a sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with external customers and internal cross‑functional departments to drive successful sales results.
• Functional experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training inside sales people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate professionally across the organization.
