This role offers an extensive training program with both one‑on‑one and group training classes. You will have access to mentors from across the company to ensure you are set up for success. Our Field Techs are also provided with a company truck and all the necessary tools to perform the job, plus uniforms—from hats to boots and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities- Connect customers by installing customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
- Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot drops or outlets, diagnose and repair reception performance issues, and resolve all problems from the customer’s equipment to the first distribution amplifier.
- Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
- Proactively suggest upgrades of existing services and educate customers on new or existing equipment.
- Travel may be required; per diem will be provided.
- Take on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abide by our Organization’s Value.
- Good driving record and a valid driver’s license in the state you are applying.
- Flexibility to work overtime and on‑call as needed.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to listen to customers and present solutions in a positive manner.
- Ability to work in small and confined areas, lift up to 100lbs., work on a ladder, and operate in all weather conditions.
- At least 3months of customer service or related experience and/or training; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- High school diploma or GED.
