Job Summary: Wedlake Enclosure Systems is seeking a skilled Fitter Welder to join our fabrication team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for fitting, welding, and assembling metal components according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with MIG and Flux‑Core welding processes and a solid understanding of blueprint reading and fabrication practices.

- Fit and weld metal components and assemblies according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform MIG and Flux‑Core welding on carbon steel and related materials
- Accurately read and interpret basic blueprints, weld symbols, and measurements
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure welds meet quality, strength, and appearance standards
- Use hand tools, grinders, clamps, and measuring devices as required
- Inspect finished work for accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other fabrication team members
- 3-5 years of experience as a Fitter Welder (preferred)
- Proficiency in MIG and Flux‑Core welding
- Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Strong measuring and layout skills
- Knowledge of welding safety standards and best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience in enclosure, structural, or heavy fabrication environments
- Familiarity with welding symbols and tolerances
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
