Master Diesel Technician
Pay $45–$60/hr ($90,000–$150,000 annual based on experience) – No in‑shop weekends (rotating on‑call schedule for emergency services).

- A "fix it right the first time" mindset
- Personal accountability and attention to detail
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy‑duty trucks
- Identify root cause failures and related damage
- Work closely with advisors and parts to deliver efficient turnaround
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace
- Represent the shop with professionalism
