The Plumbing Apprentice assists licensed plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems while learning the plumbing trade through hands‑on training. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills in a safe and professional work environment.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Learn to install plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site.
- Follow company safety policies and local plumbing codes.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
- 1 year experience preferred
. - Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
