HVAC Mechanic
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
Position Summary:
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across various facilities on Fort Sill. This includes work on hydronic systems, refrigeration components, boilers, and commercial/residential HVAC units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repair air handling units, DX/condensing units, fan coils, and VAV systems.
- Maintain and repair hot water boilers up to 1,000,000 BTU.
- Work on HVAC systems under 25 tons.
- Install and replace HVAC systems following mechanical codes.
- Fabricate and install ductwork; cut, bend, and thread tubing and piping.
- Connect motors, compressors, controls, and ventilation fans.
Requirements:
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Four plus years of HVAC experience.
- Mechanical journeyman license preferred or ability to obtain within three years.
- Proficiency with HVAC tools, refrigeration equipment, and welding/metalworking tools.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $50356.80 - $53498.00/yr. Consistent shift schedules (Mon–Fri ~7:30–16:00) with minimal overtime. Benefits package includes:
