Technicians are responsible for daily service calls and maintenance issues with the various Vending Machine Equipment.

• Perform service calls and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues on location
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Manage parts and tool inventory
• Complete required documentation for each service call using company procedures or mobile tools

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently
• Knowledge of computer hardware/software, electrical, and networking systems
• Strong communication and client-relations skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Work in varied environments while maintaining professional client interactions. Operate company vehicles for daily travel between client locations. Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays. Ability and knowledge to work through firewall and network issue :
