Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
SLB is seeking a Mechanical Technician to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
. In this role, you will support the maintenance, repair, and readiness of Product Line equipment while ensuring accurate maintenance records and compliance with established maintenance standards.
We are looking for a hands‑on professional who works safely, takes ownership of equipment performance, and contributes to operational efficiency through continuous improvement and technical expertise.
Roles and Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and repair activities on assigned equipment.
- Record maintenance activities, material usage, and labor transactions in TLM systems.
- Follow Product Line maintenance standards and established work procedures.
- Support initiatives that improve equipment reliability and asset utilization.
- Assist with equipment turnaround and downtime reduction efforts.
- Participate in repair, refurbishment, and cost of service delivery projects.
- Contribute to failure investigations and corrective action activities.
- High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent mechanical training.
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience within the oil and gas industry.
- Working knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
