Position: Market Service Technician Lawton Will Train

Technicians are responsible for daily service calls and maintenance issues with the various Vending Machine Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform service calls and preventative maintenance

Diagnose and repair equipment issues on location

Maintain strong client relationships

Participate in an on-call rotation

Manage parts and tool inventory

Complete required documentation for each service call using company procedures or mobile tools

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently

Knowledge of computer hardware/software, electrical, and networking systems

Strong communication and client-relations skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Working Conditions:

Work in varied environments while maintaining professional client interactions

Operate company vehicles for daily travel between client locations

Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays

Ability and knowledge to work through firewall and network issue
