The Case Specialist II will provide full-performance child support services to children and custodial parents whom reside in the Comanche Nation eleven county jurisdiction, the State of Oklahoma and other states. This job position requires both broad and specialized knowledge of all child support services. Must be able to be a team player that has good judgment, oral and written communication.
This position will work directly under the Case Manager.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS- Majority of work will be in an office setting
- Must be able to lift or carry supplies weighing no more than 20lbs
- Able to maintain sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time
The working environment is fast paced. Must be able to multi-task.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor and/or Associates of Social Work, Criminal Justice, Sociology and Psychology from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Preferred bilingual.
- Knowledgeable of both tribal and state laws relating to child support, law enforcement, and of federal regulations pertaining to the Tribal IV-D program.
- May substitute degree for six months experience of professional child support enforcement, social work experience and/or legal training.
- Confidentiality is a high priority.
- Must be familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Microsoft Word.
- Must work well with the public.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
