IT Consultant

• Provide technical leadership to a team of analysts delivering software solutions and maintaining existing applications
• Analyze and develop long-term solutions to IT needs by developing new or modifying existing applications
• Review systems requirements and business processes
• Mentor others on coding, testing, debugging, and implementing software applications
• Execute projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle, and testing
• Collaborate with business partners, project teams, and senior management to develop solutions integrating business processes
• Recommend solutions based on business requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum of eight (8) years' IT experience
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Preferred:
  Minimum of ten (10) years' IT experience
• Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills
• Safety as the utmost priority
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC skills

Demonstrates extensive technical leadership and mentorship in software development, with a strong focus on analyzing and delivering IT solutions that align with business processes. Proficient in project management concepts and the software development lifecycle, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
