Full Time - Dedicated Account

Class A drivers with one year of Class A driving experience in the last five years – with at least 6 months in the last 24 months – will run a dedicated account delivering ATVs, earning $90–$100K per year and a sign‑on bonus of $6K.

Compensation:
Drivers will earn $.58-.60 CPM, a ranger fee of $75 per load, and $12 for securement of each ATV. Top drivers average 2,770 miles per week; fleet average is about 2,665 miles.

Benefits:
Medical, Dental, and PTO start on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. 401K contributions begin day one.

Drivers are expected to work 14–21 days per month and have 3–4 days off. Drivers may take the truck home.

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 at the 6‑month and one‑year mark.

Drivers and pets are allowed from Day One; riders must be 12 years or older.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• One full year of Class A Tractor‑Trailer experience within the last five years, with at least six months in the last 24 months.
• No more than four moving violations in the last three years and no more than two in the last year (personal and CMV).
• No major moving violations in the last three years (including head‑on, rear‑end, rollover, ran off road, fatality, lane change/side swipe, hit & run, failed to report, or leaving scene of accident).
• No more than three minor at‑fault incidents or accidents in the last three years and no more than two in the last year.
• No failed or refused DOT drug test.
• No DUI (PMV) in the last ten years and no more than one in a lifetime.
• No felonies in the last ten years; other criminal activity will be reviewed.

Physical Requirements:

This is a physical job that requires strapping carts and unloading them.
