System Transport – Lawton, OK (Division 264, Terminal Ennis, TX)

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes across the western United States. Responsibilities include transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The position is full-time with a home-weekly schedule and offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Transport freight on regional routes in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Load, secure, and unload flatbed cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip records.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and resolve minor vehicle issues.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 4 months of driving experience; preferred 1 year of truck driving experience.
• Clean driving record, no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Successful background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result.
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.

• Weekly pay: $1,033.39 – $1,795.03, based on experience, routes, attendance, and service length.
• Annual pay: $53,736.33 – $93,341.73.
• Flatbed regional rate: $0.52 – $0.66 per mile.
• Accessorial pay for tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional loads.
• Transition package: $1,800 (including $1,000 coverage for orientation).
