Product Selector - Lawton
Full Time Position
Job DescriptionThis position is accountable for building customer orders by placing product on pallets throughout the warehouse and filling orders by locating products to build a stable load.
Job Duties- Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (pallet jacks, walkie‑riders, forklifts) safely, avoiding accidents, protecting products, and maintaining awareness of others around you.
- Conduct daily inspections of walkie riders and pallet jacks.
- Learn all product and date codes.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment while using an iPod and scanner.
- Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment to collect product from pallets, rollers, and other storage areas.
- Build a stable pallet with a variety of shapes and sizes.
- Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and orderly by removing trash, leveling pallets, and disposing of waste.
- Ensure all package products are correct on each order.
- Report to warehouse management anything that will contribute to more efficient warehouse activities.
- Accurately pull product and stage orders at the QA station.
- Add tags to pallets at the QA station.
- Collect breakers and deposit them in the repack room.
- Ensure pallets are stacked neatly.
- Clean assigned aisles; sweep, remove plastic, and manage down‑stacking.

Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position.
- Good communication skills; ability to work well with all levels of the organization, to organize, and prioritize.
- Decision making, thoroughness, and time management are musts.
- Basic mathematical calculation ability.
- Must pass all pre‑employment screenings including a physical, drug test, and background investigation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced warehouse operation and learn product locations.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
- Work experience in warehouse or other field preferred.
- Ability to lift continuously 20‑50 lbs. and frequently up to 160 lbs.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
