We will support you with the training and upskilling needed to succeed, including plant and machinery operation.

• Safely operate 360 Material handlers to load ferrous and non-ferrous scrap materials into bulk and rigid vehicles.
• Carry out stock rotation, back-stacking, and support stock takes.
• Complete General Yard Operative (GYO) duties as required, including loading, unloading, processing, and moving materials around site.
• Assist customers and visitors on site, providing good customer service.
• Carry out routine checks on plant, equipment, and work areas.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
• Work safely at all times, following company procedures and health & safety requirements.

For this role you will need:

• Experience operating 360 Material handlers or similar equipment (training can be provided).
• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• A good team player who enjoys hands‑on work in an outdoor industrial environment.
• Flexible approach, able to carry out both 360 Material handler and GYO duties.
• Strong awareness of safety and safe working practices.
