Staff Accountant Opportunity

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organization seeking a detail-oriented staff accountant to support the accounting team during a period of increased workload. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing across multiple accounting functions.

• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed.
• Assist with financial reporting and audit support.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
