Seasonal Data Entry Clerk

Layton, UT | In-Person Only

We are hiring a detail-oriented Seasonal Data Entry Clerk to join our team during our busy season. This is an in-person position based in Layton, UT and is ideal for someone with strong accuracy skills and prior experience using Quick Books Online.

This is a seasonal role with no guaranteed year-round hours. Please read carefully before applying.

• Busy Season (May–November):
• 25 hours/week, Monday–Friday
• 5-6 hours per day
• Opportunity to increase up to 30 hours/week
• Slow Season (January–April):
• Hours will drop to 0
• No work available during this period

This position may have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role in the future, but at this time it should be considered strictly seasonal.

• Daily customer billing and payment entry
• Enter invoices into Quick Books Online, Hauler ePay, and Excel
• Maintain accurate records and organized files
• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
• Assist with additional customer billing as hours increase
• Keep up with customer on payments, submissions and rejections

• Quick Books Online experience required (we are unable to train from scratch)
• Data entry or clerical/accounting experience
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
