This is a highly visible, high-impact position supporting two founders across a broad range of executive, operational, and strategic responsibilities.
You'll serve as a trusted partner who helps keep priorities moving, communications organized, projects on track, and executives focused on the company's highest-value initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing- Create, maintain, and manage executive dashboards using CRM data and key business performance metrics.
- Partner closely with the founders to coordinate strategic priorities, projects, and follow-up across multiple departments.
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and email communications.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items, and executive communications.
- Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and executive documentation.
- Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, and meeting logistics.
- Build strong relationships with internal leadership, employees, vendors, and external business partners.
- Assist with confidential business matters and select personal executive support responsibilities with the highest level of discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support company-wide initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted resource who keeps daily operations running smoothly while adapting to changing priorities.
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, founders, or C-level leadership.
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, dashboards, and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
