We are actively hiring a Luxury Automotive Sales Professional at our Young Volkswagen / Audi location in Layton. We are currently seeking those who have previous automotive sales experience with luxury brands like Audi to contribute to our growing success at Young.

• Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Stay up to date on automotive trends, current promotions, and financing options
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience

• Previous experience in luxury automotive sales preferred
• Familiarity with Audi or similar brands is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A positive, goal‑oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen
