Brighton Resort is seeking a Lift Lead to join the Lift Operations Team. This full-time seasonal role oversees lift operations during shifts, trains teammates, and ensures safety and guest service at all times.
You will work outdoors in all weather, coordinate with ski patrol and maintenance, manage logs and reports, and help plan breaks and daily tasks. A passion for skiing and helping guests is essential, with availability for five shifts a week and peak periods.
