Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Superintendent located in Layton, UT. The Project Superintendent will oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring that quality control, safety, and budgetary requirements are met. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, coordinating schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. The role requires effective communication and leadership to maintain a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to manage teams and oversee daily site operations
- Experience in commercial construction with thorough knowledge of industry best practices
- Proficiency in quality control measures and ensuring project standards are met
- Understanding of construction safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Experience with budgeting and managing project financials efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
