Commercial Construction Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial construction, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to develop accurate, competitive estimates from project plans and specifications.

This position will work closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the estimating and preconstruction process. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• 2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, sequencing, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with construction estimating and takeoff software, particularly Bluebeam
  .
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and other construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, scope gaps, and potential cost risks in construction documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal team members.
• Strong negotiation and pricing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize construction-related software and technology.
