Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities

Act as primary liaison between Doctor and patient  arents. Present treatment plans, timeline, and financial cost to patient  arents. Over see assistants and patient flow. .Oversee marketing
-advertising, public relations, and dental office relations. Handle insurance questions and patient insurance Coordination. Ensure referrals from website and outside sources and properly received and followed upon.

Experience in Orthodontics or dental treatment coordination preferred. Excellent communication and people skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and team-player mentality. Professional appearance and demeanor. Insurance knowledge is a plus.
