Job Summary

High School Dual Enrollment (HSDE) is a program that allows high school students to earn college-level credits while completing their high school credentials. Concurrent enrollment courses are taught at the high schools, with students paying $5 per credit hour. This enables students to access college-level courses at a significantly reduced rate and earn a credential upon graduating high school.

This individual works with high school administrators, teachers, district leaders, Weber State academic departments, the Registrar, and Admissions to ensure all stakeholders have what they need to offer the concurrent enrollment program in their high schools.

Responsibilities include streamlining processes, providing trainings, and assisting with events the department hosts. The Assistant Director will manage MyCE, Starfish, and Banner software to ensure proper tracking and program processes.
