What you'll do:

* Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who've expressed interest in Unitek programs.

* Make 100-150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.

* Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.

* Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.

* Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/Campus Vue.

Who you are:

* Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.

* Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.

* Strong consultative sales approach - you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.

* Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or Campus Vue a plus).

* Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience(including admissions experience)

* Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors

* Excellent presentation skills

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook

* Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
