• Assist in the coordination and delivery of art classes and workshops
• Provide on-site support to teaching artists and program staff during classes and events
• Research, gather, and prepare materials and supplies for workshops and programming
• Maintain and manage inventory lists, tracking supply levels and flagging when restocking is needed
• Attend and support community workshops, festivals, and special events as needed
• Help with general program logistics and administrative tasks as assigned

• A student currently enrolled in an arts, education, arts administration, nonprofit management, or related field
• Passion for the arts and community engagement
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive, and a collaborative team player
• Comfortable working in a variety of settings- classrooms, community spaces, and outdoor events
• Ability to lift and transport art supplies as needed

Physical Activity of this position Lifting. Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. Physical Requirements of this position Light work. Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Use of arm and/or leg controls exerting forces greater than that for sedentary work.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision. Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services,) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection).

The conditions the worker will be subject to in this position. None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
