Overview

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Electrical Engineer Level 2 in Hill Air Force Base, UT.

• Analyze complex electronic circuitry and precision electro-mechanical assemblies to recommend component substitutions that ensure the integrity of the platform configuration, safety and performance specifications.
• Identify, analyze and solve obsolescence issues across multiple platforms before they impact sustainment.
• Access, interpret and recommend changes to engineering drawings utilizing data repositories such as JEDMICS or commercial equivalent.
• Interpret and approve detailed technical data to support the replacement of components for items where the manufacturer has discontinued production, including: existing stock, reclamation, alternate, aftermarket, F3I substitutions, emulation, and minor/major redesigns.

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, or a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from an accredited university.
• Five years of combined experience supporting a sustainment environment such as a military depot or equivalent.
• Secret Clearance
