• Converts cash deals to finance
• Process finance and lease deals accurately & fairly through financial sources to secure approval
• Process federal and state and dealer paperwork related to vehicles transaction
• Must understand and comply with federal and state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle & finance department
• Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and lease prior to sending to accounting
• Checks paperwork for correct title and lien information and taxes before forwarding to accounting
• Ensures full coverage insurance is on all vehicles sold prior to customers leaving the dealership
• Works with sales manager to secure a reasonable profit from each sale
• Coordinates finance forecasting with sales department
• Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees
• Takes all credit applications
• Provide leadership and training where necessary

• Must acquire and maintain current state insurance licenses
• Bachelor''s Degree or 5 years equivalent experience
• Previous Auto Industry Experience is Required
• Ability to analyze and write reports and journals
• Follow procedures/regulations
• Must have a clean background and driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
