• Other beauty services our space can accommodate

• Operate as an independent beauty professional
• Manage your own clients, scheduling, services, pricing, and payments
• Maintain your own client records and policies

Licensing & Insurance

• Hold a current Utah professional license
• Carry individual professional liability insurance
• Follow all state, local, and health department regulations

Booth & Supplies

• Provide your own tools, products, and supplies
• Keep your booth clean, organized, and client-ready
• Sanitize your workstation and tools between every client

• Hold a current and valid Utah professional license in their service area
• Carry individual professional liability insurance
• Have prior training and experience in their beauty service(s)
• Be self-motivated and able to operate an independent business
• Maintain a professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health department standards
• Be reliable, organized, and respectful of shared studio space
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication with clients and peers

Our studio offers a professional, welcoming environment with booths that are fully equipped and ready for immediate use, or the option to customize your own setup.
